Account Information
You do not have to have an account to place an order through Valas Los Angeles, however you can get the most up to date information through your account if you do choose to sign up.

Should you forget the password used to create your account, please use FORGOT PASSWORD button on the login page. You will receive an email with a link to reset
password. If you do not receive an email, or you forget which email you used to sign up, please contact us at info@valaslosangeles.com.

Payment
All prices listed and transactions are in USD. In addition to checkout with credit card, payment through PayPal is available.

Shipping Information
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Once order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via email and order status will be available through your Valas Los Angeles account. Processing times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Sales tax will be charged to orders within the state of California.

Valas Los Angeles is not responsible for lost or stolen goods during transit.

International Orders
Valas Los Angeles offers worldwide shipping. The cost of shipping will be estimated
at checkout.

Customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. Returned packages as a result of refusal to pay taxes and duties, or abandonment of the package, are subject to a non-refundable order.

Out of Stock Items
In the event that the product ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted by customer service.

Pre - Order Items
With all pre - order items, Items are not guaranteed to ship between the stated 4 to 6 weeks. Items may ship sooner or longer depending on the availability of the materials needed to produce such items. 

If we are unable to produce pre - order items for any reason we will notify you through email. All items will be fully refunded.

Care & Storage
For normal cleaning, dust with a soft, dry cloth.

For stains, treat with damp, white cloth and mild soap. Apply evenly, blotting from the edge of the stain toward the center. Avoid rubbing the surface.

Cleaning kits are available for more resistant stains. Always test cleaning products in a discrete area first.

If leather should get wet, immediately dry with a clean, white cloth or absorbent paper.

Never use abrasive/aggressive solvents, stain removers, shoe cleaning products etc.
Do not steam leather.

Store leather in a cool dry place away from heat and sunlight. Avoid direct sunlight.

Leather Types
ACQUARIO
A full grain, aniline dyed leather that is silky and smooth. Over time, this leather will gain a patina that is impossible to replicate, making each item made more unique. The delicate, warm touch does not fade with time and wear.

FLORIDA
A silky, smooth leather that is pigmented, compact, and tough. The steady look and smooth surface enhance the silky touch.

NUBUCK
A soft leather with a velvet like finish due to it's top grain being buffed or sanded.

SUEDE
A soft leather with a velvet like finish. It tends to be softer than nubuck because it is from the inner side (Split side) of the hide.

VINTAGE
A soft, yet solid and sturdy, aniline dyed leather. The transparency of the dye allows the natural marks of the hide to come through. It is vacuum dried to obtain a smooth look.
